Amber Bolar

Call Center Manager

Amber was born in the Bay Area of California and split most of her time between there and Mississippi. She learned early on that she had a passion for connecting with new people and helping others, which seamlessly led her to start her customer service and sales career at Mary Kay in 2007. In an effort to better utilize her strong communication skills and customer-first mindset, she sought after B2C opportunities which led her to NextGen in 2018. Amber was hired as a live transfer agent and quickly excelled in the role resulting in her first promotion within a year. She now oversees the live transfer team and call center operations as the Call Center Manager. When she’s not mentoring transfer agents and improving live transfer quality, she remains dedicated to helping others outside of work and enjoys spending time with her loved ones & family.
