Born and raised in San Diego, Melissa’s professional journey took her to New York City where she worked as a Tech Consultant and in Software Sales. Consulting with clients sparked her interest in the business side of technology and sales, which led her to venture back to the West Coast to pursue a sales career. Leveraging her strategic planning and negotiating skills, she started her career at NextGen where she now utilizes said skills to forge impactful connections with her agents while providing an enjoyable and profitable lead-buying experience. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, unwinding along the coast, and cherishing moments with family.
