In 2018, NextGen Leads set out to find a partner to ensure complete transparency to its insurance industry customers, and that every lead is certified to meet the regulations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), which regulates telemarketing in the U.S . NextGen Leads also wanted a partner that would provide another layer of clean tracking of its customer campaigns and third-party data to improve sources and return on each leads campaign.

Independent third-party authority

TrustedForm is an impartial issuer of lead certification. It independently collects information and doesn’t rely on vendor-reported information.

Video replay

The certification forms come with video that captures the user interaction, including data entries, mouse movements and clicks, to ensure the most relevant proof of consent.

Long term storage 

TrustedForm issues a certificate for every lead. Each certificate you claim will be stored in your account as long as you need them. Certificates are easily accessed and shared.

Sensitive data flagging

An extra layer of protection with the flagging and masking of sensitive data entered into form fields.
