NextGen Leads Bolsters its Management Team

NextGen Leads, a top-tier Health, Medicare and Auto insurance leads company, continues to attract top talent as it adds four professionals to its management team. NextGen Leads newest team members include Christina Antunez, call center supervisor; Jeannette Badal, human resources manager; and Robert Mah, accounting manager. Melvin Merritt was promoted from call center manager to call center director.

NextGen Leads continues to attract top talent as it adds four professionals to its management team.

Christina Antunez will serve as call center supervisor, working directly under the call center director, to manage operations of the company’s San Diego-based call center and ensure it continues to meet NextGen Leads’ stringent compliance standards. She will also provide coaching and quality training to call center operators in order to provide superior service and support to insurance consumers. Previously Antunez worked as a section manager at Enova International.

Jeanette Badal joins NextGen Leads as human resources manager. In this role, Badal will plan, create, and implement policies and programs that are centered around team building and employee enrichment to support the company’s strong employee culture. She will also oversee recruitment efforts for the growing company as it continues to add top-tier talent. Before NextGen Leads, Badal was a human resources assistant manager for the San Diego Convention Center.

Robert Mah has been hired as accounting manager. Mah will manage and oversee accounting operations and financials for the company, as well as advise company executives on budget planning as NextGen Leads continues to expand into new markets and introduce new services. Mah previously worked as a senior accountant for Generation NEXT Franchise Brands and consulted with other brands.

Melvin Merritt has been promoted from call center manager to call center director. Merritt will focus his efforts at NextGen Leads’ San Diego-based call center, overseeing hiring and training to ensure agents handle each call and live transfer seamlessly while providing quality customer service to the thousands of insurance consumers who call NextGen Leads’ call centers daily. Merritt started at NextGen Leads in 2016 as a live transfer agent.
