Casey Gustus

Casey Gustus is an experienced executive best known for building and growing companies in the digital and financial services sectors. As a founder and executive, he has taken startups from inception through growth and exit and has led large corporations through digital transformations that redefine business operations and customer experiences. As an Insurtech and insurance industry veteran, he has spent the last 15 years growing large digital agencies, creating innovative software for insurance agents, and driving innovation at a large insurance carrier. In his role at NextGen Leads, he is charged with driving the continued success and growth of the organization. Casey lives just outside of Boston, MA and in his spare time can often be found with his wife and kids on the sidelines coaching and cheering on their two sons in one of their many sporting events.
